1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

4. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND CONDUCT
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, posting, transmitting, sharing, or otherwise distributing any content or engaging in any activity on the Service that:
- Depicts, promotes, or solicits any content involving minors (individuals under 18 years of age) or anyone appearing to be a minor.
- Constitutes non-consensual pornography ("revenge porn"), intimate images shared without consent, or covert recordings.
- Depicts, promotes, or solicits acts of violence, rape, sexual assault, non-consensual acts, or extreme harm.
- Infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any party.
- Is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory.
- Contains viruses, malware, or any other malicious code designed to interrupt or damage the Service.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for illegal content. We will immediately remove any content we suspect violates this policy and may report such content and user information to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
5. USER CONTENT: UPLOADS, LICENSES, AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Your Responsibility: By uploading, submitting, or posting any content ("User Content") to the Service, you represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish and license such User Content; (ii) all individuals depicted are at least 18 years of age and have provided verifiable, written consent for their participation and the distribution of the content; and (iii) the User Content complies with all provisions of these Terms.
- License Grant: You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting it to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Service.
- No Pre-Screening; Liability Disclaimer: We do not pre-screen User Content but reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any User Content at our sole discretion. We act as a service provider and are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or decency of User Content. You, as the uploader, bear sole legal responsibility for your User Content.
6. PAYMENTS, BILLING, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Fees: Access to certain content or features may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in the currency indicated and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.
- Billing: By providing a payment method, you represent you are authorized to use it. You authorize us to charge all fees to your chosen payment method.
- Automatic Renewal: For subscription services, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date through your account settings.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Changes will not affect existing subscriptions until the next renewal cycle.
- Chargebacks: Disputing charges or initiating chargebacks may result in immediate account termination and additional collection efforts.
- Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or other taxes related to your transactions.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- Service IP: All content and materials available on the Service (excluding User Content), including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the overall design, are the intellectual property of the Service or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
- Copyright Claims (DMCA): We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow our DMCA Takedown Procedure.
8. PRIVACY AND DATA

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, DATA LOSS, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES ARISING FROM (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS OR YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION; (C) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICE; OR (D) ANY USER CONTENT OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE DOLLARS ($1) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy right; or (d) any User Content you upload or share.
12. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation a breach of the Terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Burkina Faso, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Burkina Faso. You waive any objections to such venue and jurisdiction.
14. MISCELLANEOUS
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. YOU FURTHER CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE OF LEGAL AGE TO ACCESS ADULT CONTENT IN YOUR JURISDICTION AND THAT YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
